Osilio is a joint venture between
Knotion Solutions (Pty) Ltd and TSC Technologies (Pty) Ltd. The joint venture brings together two strong players within the enterprise architecture, BPM, product development and integration space. The JV was formed to take advantage of both companies’ skill sets and to create a separate mechanism that could bring the collaboration to market.  Osilio Corporate Profile
| Company Structure
Osilio is based around a broad based black economic empowerment ownership structure. Currently, 30% of the company is held by a PDI trust with economic interest and control reflected in the structure depicted below. The PDI 30% goes to black employees with direct economic interest and skills development and training. The remaining 70% is jointly held by the partner companies, Knotion and TSC.
